We offer a no quibble returns policy, meaning you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please complete the Returns Form and include it with your returned item, this helps us to process your return quickly. The product must be in its original packing including any labels/tags, it must be unused and in new condition. Please remember, you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us, therefore, we would recommend ensuring it is adequately wrapped to avoid damage in transit, obtaining proof of postage as well as insuring the goods for their full value. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us.

If you are in the European Union, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund standard postage and packing costs you paid (if any) as part of that order. If you paid for a premium or express delivery service, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or, if you only cancel part of your order.

Custom made or customised items are not included in our returns and refund policy and therefore will not be accepted for a refund. This includes any Dry Suits which are non-standard, have had extras fitted or had alterations as requested by you, including non-standard boot or sock sizes fitted.

Simply complete our Returns Form and include it with your returned goods.  Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service, if you require an alternative item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund. Please see our returns and refund policy above.


We work hard to ensure that all items shipped are free from faults or defects, however, in the unlikely event that something you purchased arrives faulty, please contact us to arrange for the return and inspection of the item.

If an item subsequently develops a fault during use, we must inspect the item to assess the cause of the fault. Faulty items within warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

To return a faulty item please use the merchandise returns option in your account area to start the process - we will be informed of your return request and will start the process from there.
